Brighten a Teen's Holiday at Women in Business Luncheon

Brighten a Teen's  Holiday at Women in Business Luncheonpresents

The pleasures of holiday giving and receiving are featured at the next Women in Business Luncheon. The event gathers gifts for the CARES Program of Greene County Children's Services and holds a gift exchange for everyone who attends the event at 11:30 Thursday, December 7th at the Xenia YMCA.

"We chose to collect gifts for teenagers, since they typically do not receive as much attention as younger children during the holidays," said Tobia Stinson, chair of the WIB Committee.

Attendees should bring unwrapped gifts for teenagers. Some suggested items are hats, scarves, makeup, cologne, Axe products, shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, gloves, purses, anything with the Nike brand and gift cards for I-tunes, Chipotle or Regal Movies.

Attendees are also asked to bring a wrapped gift costing about $15 for a gift exchange during the Luncheon. Networking and a delicious holiday buffet from Sweets Boutique Catering will round out the event..

Women in Business meets the first Thursday of every month at 11:30 for lunch at the YMCA, 135 E. Church St. in Xenia. The luncheon will be buffet style and is $12.
