Catherine (Kidd) Wilson has a great deal of experience in public service, over 35 years. She has worked in local history and genealogy, as well as an academic library. She is the Executive Director of the Greene County Ohio Historical Society currently, since 2008; was Circulation Specialist at Clark State Community College in Springfield 1999-2007; and Local History Associate in the Greene County Room at the Xenia library 1987-1999, starting there as a student worker. She is a graduate of Xenia High School (1982), and Wright State University (BA 1997, MA 2008).
Catherine has presented various local history lectures to local and community groups. She has written several historical articles for national, state, and local publications, and has acknowledgments in eight books. Her only published book (so far) is Historic Greene County: an illustrated history (San Antonio TX: Historical Publishing Network, 2010).
