Rebecca Cantrell received an advanced post-baccalaureate certificate in Nonprofit Leadership while earning a dual graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Master's in Public Administration with a Nonprofit Management concentration from Wright State University. As Greene County Director for United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, her commitment is to create numerous, efficient, and compelling opportunities for organizations and individuals to support their community and cause- making their giving experience both satisfying and rewarding.
In addition to working in resource development, Rebecca is an active member in her community. Her volunteer boards and committee service includes- Hometown Christmas Events Chair for the City of Xenia (2017-2019), Secretary for Association of Fundraising Professionals aka AFP Dayton (2022), Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner Committee (2022-2024), Gala of Hope volunteer (2023) and Family and Children First (2022-2024). As an arts advocate, Cantrell has served as a grant panelist for Culture Works (2021-2023). In her spare time, Rebecca is an avid walker and enjoys spending time with family and friends in Xenia.
Tiffany Rubin serves as the Vice President of Administration, Finance, and 211 Operations for United Way of the Greater Dayton Area. Rubin earned a Bachelor of Early Care and Education from the University of Dayton, with a minor in Finance, and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management with a concentration in Business Administration from American University.
With over 25 years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing, healthcare, SNF/AL, and non-profit management, her understanding of individuals in many occupations has provided her with extensive knowledge in these areas, offering a unique perspective.
Rubin is the previous President of the Oakwood Historical Society and serves on several volunteer boards. An avid traveler, she plans to visit three countries this year, and her bucket list is growing!
Rubin spends her free time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Rubin is a graduate of Xenia High School.
