Enjoy an evening of 1890s-style family fun at All Hallows’ Eve, with a retelling of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by the bonfire, pumpkin carving and strange characters roaming Ohio Village. Come revel in Victorian-era entertainment including fortune telling, crafts, games and more! Hands-On History–Little Historians Ohio History Center Sat., Sept. 23 11 a.m.– Noon
Explore Ohio's history with your little ones! We're providing a drop-in, open discovery space for your little historian to build, create and discover everything Ohio. You and your child aged 3–7 can freely explore our hands-on stations, and we'll wrap up our discovery time with a story. Included with general museum admission. Ohio History Connection members enjoy free admission. A parent or guardian must be present with the child during the program.

Site Event Spotlight– Outdoor Movie Night Harriet Beecher Stowe House Sat., Sept 23 8–10 p.m.
Join us for a free community movie night! Bring your own lawn chair and/or blankets. We will be showing 42, which tells the story of two men–the great Jackie Robinson (Chadwick Boseman) and the legendary Brooklyn Dodgers manager Branch Rickey (Harrison Ford)–whose brave stand against prejudice forever changed the world by changing the game of baseball. This event is free, though registration is recommended.
