Living-history reenactors will be on hand in the museum as you enjoy a variety of activities, including miniature war games. New this year: In Ohio Village, step back to the year 1946 to explore life from the perspective of service members returning from WWII.

Whether you have an ancestor’s military uniform or a box of photographs that pose questions, come to the Ohio History Center to learn more about your family heirlooms. Join our curatorial team as we help you learn more about the military objects and photographs in your personal collection. We will work together and try to solve these mysteries of history!

Site Event Spotlight–World at War: Miniature War Gaming Day

Miniature War Gaming is a unique way to learn and interpret history! Through tabletop military strategy games, learn and experience the challenges facing military commanders throughout all of history, from ancient to modern. Join us for a full day of fun, critical thinking and action.

Adults: $5/Adult, $4/Senior (60+), $3/Student, Free/Ohio History Connection members and children under 5.

This individual will oversee the responsibilities and operations of the Ohio Historic Preservation Office (a division of the Ohio History Connection) and serve as the State Historic Preservation Officer.
