Community Fall Fest at the Mall at Fairfield Commons

The Mall at Fairfield Commons would like to invite you to join our Community Fall Fest on Saturday, Oct 15 from 11am-3pm, with a set up no later than 10am. This event will feature many community non-profit organizations as well as local vendors offering a cornucopia of Fall fun for the entire family. Enjoy a taste of the harvest with Fall foods, along with games, pumpkin painting, face painting, axe throwing, a balloon twister, stilt walker, strolling magician and more.

We are inviting our local community partners to promote their businesses at our Community Fall Fest; we only ask that you offer a Fall themed game unless you are providing food items. We will provide you with tables (2 tables max) and chairs. We will also provide a fall themed prize box for each business to pass out to the kids for your games (you can bring you own with logos if you want). We have 5 different craft stations planned (pumpkin painting, pumpkin sand art, for a few examples) and we are looking for volunteers to help work these stations. We would only need two to three volunteers per station. Space is limited so please respond to me if you are wanting to promote your business at this event, and what game ideas you have, no later than Sept 30th. I have attached a few game ideas that are cheap and easy to manage. This is a great opportunity for you to promote your business while having a lot of fun with your community.
