The Environmental Health Services team of Greene County Public Health is offering a free pool and spa training course to be held on Wednesday, April 26 from 1:00 – 4:00pm at the Xenia YMCA, located at 135 E. Church Street in Xenia.
Topics to be covered in this course include:
- Rules andregulations
- Health concerns, VGB & SVRS
- Water chemistry & balance
- Disinfection & water testing
- Equipment maintenance
- Fencing & safety equipment
- Lifeguards
- Deck & safety signage
- When to close the pool
- Fecal accidents
