Public Health Partners With Inclusive Fairborn For Free Workshop

The SafeTrade Syringe Services Program through Greene County Public Health has partnered with the organization, Inclusive Fairborn, to hold a Community Harm Reduction Workshop in Fairborn on Thursday, August 25, 2022.

This free event for the community will be held from 4:00 – 7:00pm at Central Park located at 222 S. Central Avenue in Fairborn. Those in attendance will learn basic first aid, overdose education, and Naloxone (Narcan) training, along with how to build a first aid kit. Narcan, first aid supplies, hygiene products, menstrual products, HIV/Hep C testing, water, and snacks will all be available for FREE. Training is provided by Ellie Piatt, BA, NRP, EMSI, and Greene County Public Health.

All attendees are asked to please wear a mask for everyone’s safety.
