Tax Tip of the Week | Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit - Ohio's Tax Incentive for Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings

One hears much about the federal income tax credit available for rehabilitation of historical structures.  Fewer know that Ohio also has such a credit.  The federal and state credits may help finance the rehab of historic structures.  As with most government transactions, “red tape” is involved.  But, should be well worth the effort.

The below information came from the State of Ohio’s website.  Further information is also available on their website and other sources.
