Kelsey W. Hurlburt has been living in Bellbrook since July 2019. Her husband, Larry, recently retired from the USAF and they are thrilled to put down roots in Greene County. Kelsey loves identifying gaps in resources and community services and working with partners to find innovative, sustainable solutions to answer challenging societal problems.

Kelsey has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and has spent her career creating resources and community for military families and working as a mental health therapist for children and people experiencing domestic violence. She has been the Executive Director of the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Support Center since March 2020. Her job brings her tremendous joy and she is so proud to be working in a caring, generous community that is committed to bridging gaps in community needs. She also loves giving tours of the CSC and showing people what they do!

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their 7-year-old daughter Marley, and their 2 dogs and 3 cats. Kelsey also enjoys reading, baking, the beach, and traveling.
