Spring Into Leadership - Let's Connect!
I am on a mission to help leaders and teams perform at the highest levels possible. Foundational to that mission is to help leaders understand the human element of leadership. Teams are made of people. People are emotional creatures and each person is a unique masterpiece. Leaders lead best when they treat people like actual human beings rather than things, or tools to be used.
April is always an exciting month for me and this year was no different. I celebrated my birthday, enjoyed some early spring snow falls, am currently recovering from COVID, and had the pleasure of facilitating team building for a company in Chicago and a school in California. As much fun as my birthday and snow are, it is the team building that brings me the most joy.
