March is Women’s History Month and for good reason: Throughout history, women have consistently shown strong leadership, teamwork, creativity, and made significant contributions to the betterment of society. For that matter, women do the “heavy-lifting” of making society because they make people!

In war, business, families, and social organizations women prove their value through their leadership skills. In fact, my favorite individual and team-building resource, CoreClarity was created by a woman and is a Woman-Owned Business. Way to go Candace Fitzpatrick!
