Hi Leader,
March is Women’s History Month and for good reason: Throughout history, women have consistently shown strong leadership, teamwork, creativity, and made significant contributions to the betterment of society. For that matter, women do the “heavy-lifting” of making society because they make people!
In war, business, families, and social organizations women prove their value through their leadership skills. In fact, my favorite individual and team-building resource, CoreClarity was created by a woman and is a Woman-Owned Business. Way to go Candace Fitzpatrick!
I continue to blog about CliftonStrengths. If you want to know how to grow and apply your CliftonStrengths in the workplace or wonder whether or not your results are reliable, I invite you to follow the links below to my blog. As you go through your day, remember that the more you can work and live aligned to your CliftonStrengths the more joyful, productive, healthy, and successful you are. At the end of each day, make a list of the things that you loved to do and the things that were drudgery. How were your talents showing up or not showing up in those activities?
How can you do more of the things that you find truly engaging? Do you want to learn more about your talents and how to grow them? Are you ready to increase your joy, production, health, and success? Schedule a free 30-minute coaching call and let’s talk about where you want to go and how to get there.
