Xenia Hometown Christmas 2016

Seasons Greetings!

Experience “Where Magic Meets Main Street” as Xenia celebrates Hometown Christmas on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Explore Xenia is proud to keep the tradition of Hometown Christmas. The 2016 season features the theme “Window Winterland,” an event where downtown Xenia will deck their windows and stores in holiday splendor to warm your hearts and get you in the holiday spirit. Local merchants will be on hand with great gift ideas and special pricing for everyone on your holiday list. Explore Xenia while you enjoy the Window Winterland planned special events for the holiday season.

Downtown merchants and community organizations participation is the ”Magic of Main Street” that welcome merrymakers to participate in a wide array of yuletide fun. Window Winterland Activities are growing bigger than Santa’s list and include: The Window Winterland Adventure, Window Winterland decorating contest, Ugly Sweater Reindeer Run & Winterland Walk, Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall, Christmas at the Xenia Station, Back to Bethlehem Live Nativity, Community Carol Sing, XHS Jazz Band, Kringle Karaoke, XHS Vocal Ensemble, Breakfast with Santa & Crafts at YMCA, a holiday parade to welcome Santa’s visit at Toward Independence, Letters to Soldiers, Elves Workshops at Xenia Shoe & Leather, as well as Sip & Dipity featuring Snow Globe painting, PEACH Home school Bake and Craft Sale at Narrow Path Plumbing, Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides, a X*ACT performance of Little Women, Polar Express Storytelling and Activities for children, a Hot Cocoa bar at Montgomery Insurance & Investments, Cider and Cookie Decorating at Sweets Boutique---Shopping, Dining & More…
