• 2021 Medicaid Managed Care Annual Open Enrollment
Between September 24, 2021 and December 29, 2021, Ohio Medicaid managed care members will be able to change their plan by calling the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680 or utilizing the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline Member Portal at https://members.ohiomh.com.
• Transportation for Food Necessities & Medical Appts
CareSource is continuing to provide transportation for Food Necessities to both food banks or Grocery stores. Members can also schedule medical appts. Members can obtain these services by calling customer service. (This may be helpful for those who are walking or riding a bus to get groceries, or go to medical appts in the cold weather).
• Scheduling Lunch & Learns for 2022
CareSource is adding new benefits for our members in 2022, and I would love to come provide a “lunch and learn” for your staff. Please email me and I would be happy to schedule something for 2022.
