Apprenticeship Models and Where to Begin - A Discussion with Clark State College and Industry Partners

Join us for a webinar on Nov 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST.

Registered apprenticeship models continue to gain momentum across all industry sectors as a proven workforce pipeline and development tool.

This free panel discussion is applicable to all industries as we discuss how to create an apprenticeship pathway and what is needed. We will share what role Clark State College plays in developing the curriculum and hear from the Greater Ohio Workforce Board to learn how vital they are to this puzzle. The session will include business partners discussing their experience in creating and deploying an apprenticeship program.

Part 107 Drone FAA License Prep Course | Unmanned Aerial Systems Operations, Planning, and Piloting

November 13 - 14, 2021
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This two-day course will prepare you to sit for your Part 107 License Exam and give you a hands-on opportunity to practice drone flying through simulation and directly on mini and mid-sized unmanned aerial drones. No equipment necessary, Clark State will provide all you need for this course in commercial drone flying!

December 6 - 17, 2021
Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Clinical Days: December 16 - 17 | 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Grant Funding Available! See if you qualify today!

This 75-hour course will introduce students to the principles and procedures of basic patient care. The course is regulated by the Ohio Department of Health and 100 percent attendance is required. The students will be given both classroom and clinical experience. An average of 80 percent or higher is required on quizzes and the final exam to complete the classroom section of the course and proceed to the clinical rotation.

Radiography for the Dental Assistant (WKD 007) is a non-credit seven-hour course that meets the requirements for the Ohio State Dental Board certification.
