We know it has been another very trying year for businesses, full of pivots and learning new ways to conduct business. We at the MVSBDC have learned way more than we ever expected about Zoom, working remotely and SBA relief programs. While things seem to be normalizing, small businesses still feel a lot of anxiety and uncertainty as they head toward 2022. MVSBDC staff continues to do and learn everything that we can to assist you and be a resource to you in these changing times.
For the SBDC, September marks the end of the our fiscal year and in order to keep our doors open we must report our clients' successes to the SBA. This reporting justifies and secures future funding for our program. We let the SBA know if we assisted small businesses in starting their businesses or getting funding and if this help resulted in retaining or hiring employees.
In order to report the most reliable information possible, we are asking you to complete our success survey. Your identity will not be provided to the SBA, they receive only aggregate information about our client base as a whole.
The survey is also an opportunity for you to give us feedback about what parts of our program you value the most, what you would like to see changed and any ideas you have that could help us provide more value to you.
