Greene County Public Health Continues COVID-19 Vaccination Efforts; Incentives offered to All Medicaid Patients
An initiative through the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is offering $50 gift cards through a partnership with Greene County Public Health (GCPH) to encourage all Medicaid patients (ages 18+) to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. GCPH is continuing to work with various partners, such as the local YMCAs, township administrators, food pantries, libraries, and local events to address barriers and vaccine hesitancy in Greene County communities. In combination with the partnership from the Ohio Department of
Health (ODH), the mobile vaccine unit traveling to various communities the week of June 21-26, will feature these incentives. In addition, a few other clinics have been scheduled as well. Additional dates are in the planning stages.
The schedule for the mobile vaccination unit from ODH and additional upcoming clinics is as follows. The clinics with an asterisk (*) are the ones with the $50 gift cards for all Medicaid patients (ages 18+):

Yellow Springs PRIDE, 11:00AM – 5:00PM (Entry on sidewalk side), 314 Xenia Ave., Yellow Springs, OH 45387 (by the Presbyterian Church across from Speedway)

• Wednesday, July 7

You can also visit the main office of GCPH located at 360 Wilson Drive in Xenia on every Thursday in June during the clinic hours of 9:00 – 11:30AM and 1:00 – 3:30PM. Walk-ins are welcome at each clinic, however, if you wish to schedule an appointment, please visit https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov. Ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
