New Ohio Small Business Grant and Loan Programs

New Programs Announced

On June 2, Governor DeWine announced three new programs that may help Ohio small businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic. They are:

Ohio Minority Micro-Grant Program - Grants of up to $10,00

  • Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise or woman-owned Edge Business
  • With 10 or fewer employees
  • With up to $500,000 in annual revenue
  • Have not received CARES ACT funding
  • Apply HERE

Ohio PPE Retooling and Re-shoring Grant Program - Grants up to $500,000

  • To retool or reshore PPE production
  • 20% of the available $20 million is set aside for businesses with fewer than 25 employees
  • Apply HERE

Appalachian Growth Capital Loan Program - Loans of up to $500,000 at 2% interest

  • For Appalachian based companies
  • Eligible for businesses with less than $40 million in annual revenues
  • Apply HERE
