COVID Support from Premier Community Health

For the past two months, all of us across the Dayton region have once again rallied during a challenging time in our communities.  We are thinking about your organization and hope that you all are withstanding the current crisis. As you can imagine, many of our frontline “healthcare heroes” are working round the clock taking care of patients who need our care.  But we also want you and your members to be aware of things other Premier teams can help you and your staff combat COVID-19 while staying focused on well-being.
Here are some ways Premier Community Health (PCH) is here to help your organization:
  • For essential businesses still up and running, THANK YOU! – PCH is offering on-site temperature screening clinics.
  • Try the 30-days of Self-Care Challenge – it’s essential to social distancing and equally essential in taking care of yourself, particularly when it comes to stress.
  • Virtual Live Well-Being Workshops + Q&A Series – Friday’s from Noon-1 p.m. (EST). The Lifestyle Coach will share tips on navigating the shift of our normal routines to be relevant in our current times. To view topics and RSVP – click here!
  • Grounding is a technique that helps us reorient to the here and now, bringing us into the present.
This is a very easy-to-use sensory awareness technique if one is feeling overwhelmed, intensely anxious
    or distanced from your environment.
Check out and share the attached PDF to help guide you through the SENSORY GROUNDING EXERCISE.
