NEW - Leadership Development Series

The Clark State Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare those who lead with the foundational skills to be effective and impactful in their leadership role. It is designed for anyone who assumes a leadership role, and has the desire and drive to be effective in leading others. 

Each session will be a full day course and held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Clark State Community College's Greene Center location.

Professional Sales Ready Certification | Online
February 4 - March 24, 2020 |7:30 - 9:00 p.m. EST

This 7 week, 33 hour, non-credit online Sales Ready Certification program is highly interactive. It uses revealing assessments and true-to-life role plays to prepare students for successful sales careers that align with their strengths.

Students will participate in eleven sales modules and four branding and interviewing modules. The course provides a comprehensive sales education and introduction to sales career roles, including utilizing the highly predictive Chally Assessment sales profile and employer provided role-plays, extensive instruction in consultative techniques and communication building - plus interview, resume and personal branding tools.

Fridays | March 6 - April 24, 2020

Take your management team to the next level. Clark State's Professional Supervisor Certification addresses all of the five functional areas of management: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing and Controlling. Participants will learn tools and guidelines to enhance personal development and utilize individual skills.

This includes:

  • Open forum discussion on common issues and experiences
  • Supervision tools which allow your organization to cope with the demands of a competitive business market
  • Emphasis on the critical importance of focus, attitude and communication
  • Reality-based material that provides and focuses on everyday management activities

Manufacturing Scholarships Available!

Funding is available to manufacturers located within Champaign, Clark, Greene, Montgomery, Miami, Shelby, Darke and Preble counties, to support your training needs. FASTLANE, our local Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP,) is offsetting the cost of one individual per company, for the first 10 manufacturing companies approved and enrolled.
