KaLynn Clark was born and raised in Lima, OH then attended school at Grace College in Indiana earning two Bachelors of Science in Counseling and Criminal Justice. After graduating, KaLynn began working for the Appalachia Service Project (ASP)  in Jonesville, VA. Connecting volunteers to opportunities to serve others became her passion! After completing a year of service with ASP, KaLynn joined AmeriCorps to serve a year with East End Community Services in Dayton. She then began working as the Volunteer Coordinator at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. She loved working with the volunteers and animals, but missed working with kids. When a position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami Valley opened up, KaLynn was eager to join the team to work with children again. The work was rewarding; leading volunteers into mentoring relationships with youth. KaLynn stumbled upon the position of Director of Volunteer Engagement at 4 Paws for Ability while her husband was job searching. After reviewing the job description, this position sounded like the perfect combination of all of KaLynn's passions. Since joining the 4 Paws team in 2017, KaLynn has fostered two service dogs in training full time.
