We are grateful for the resilience of this community and the outpouring of support for neighbors in times of need. When West Central Ohio was hit by fifteen tornadoes on Memorial Day evening, we all came together to restore and rebuild.
To each of our customers who experienced an outage as a result of these extraordinary storms, thank you. We appreciate your patience and support as we worked around the clock to rebuild our infrastructure.
Thank you to our dedicated field, operations, customer service and support personnel, as well as nearly 900 mutual assistance crew members from Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Pennsylvania and other parts of Ohio who worked day and night until all the lights came back on.
