The Foundation is excited to announce an online bidding opportunity for the Fifth Annual Silent Auction for Grants! Bidding will start on April 12th. Proceeds from the auction will support the Xenia Community Schools Foundation’s classroom grants initiative. Bidding is open to the public. It is not necessary to attend the Hall of Honor to participate in the silent auction.

The auction website can be found at https://one.bidpal.net/xeniacommunityschools

To participate and view the great selection of items, go to the site and register as a bidder. Once registered, bidding can begin. Bidders will have the opportunity to keep a watchful eye and receive text notices on items. Bidding is easy and can be done from anywhere … a computer, tablet, or phone!

Those attending Xenia Community Schools Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony on April 27th, and who are unable to register online, can bid in person. Trained volunteers will be on site at the event to help submit bids and donations!

The Foundation has received auction items from all of the Xenia schools, the Board of Education members, administrators and members of the XCSF Board of Directors in support of this event. Many community members have also donated baskets for the Silent Auction. Additional items may be added until the Hall of Honor event, so be sure to keep checking the online link! The auction will close on April 27th at 7:30 p.m.
