Ribbon Cutting at Orchard Lane
We are excited to announce Orchard Lane will be re-opening as a banquet center. Please join us on December 3, 2014 at 11:30 for our ribbon cutting ceremony. We will be having light refreshments followed by a tour of the building at 2185 SR 235.
XACC President and CEO Alan Liming, Xenia Mayor Marsha Bayless and other dignitaries will be present.
The owners have made it a priority to use local contractors to bring the building back to life. The banquet center can accommodate up to 225 people. Ideal for: weddings, meetings, reunions & parties. This would also be a great space for dance clubs or other organizations to hold their regular functions. The sizeable property provides plenty of outdoor space, perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony with a spectacular view. We offer flexibility in that our guests are free to bring in their own caterer for their celebration.
Orchard Lane has a long history in the community dating back to the 1940’s, beginning with the Lane Family. In the 70’s and 80’s The Apple Tree was one of the finest restaurants in the area. The property sits atop one of the highest points in Greene County overlooking the city of Xenia. We look forward to serving the residents of Xenia for many years to come.
