Bobbie Ward is a 15-year veteran of high school education and has built a career advocating for students-in-crisis to achieve academic success. Bobbie currently serves as the Graduation, Reality, and Dual-Role Skills (GRADS) program instructor for the Greene County Career Center. She earned a BS in Home Economics education at Georgia Southern University and is a certified Family and Consumer Sciences Instructor. Over the years, she has volunteered for many organizations and served as a board member and co-director pro tem of the Pregnancy Resource Center in Springfield, OH. She has been married for almost 32 years and is a dedicated mom to her three adult children. She enjoys kayaking and hiking whenever she gets the opportunity.
In her full-time role as GRADs program instructor, Bobbie works with pregnant and parenting teens (moms and dads) across all Greene County Schools 7th - 12th grade. Bobbie is a passionate advocate for her students, their children, and their families. Bobbie is a well-loved and trusted resource across Greene County schools and provides an intelligent combination of instruction, compassion, and tough love to give her students the motivation, tools and resources they need to achieve positive outcomes under difficult circumstances.
Bobbie is also working with her husband Dale, on a business startup called Data Cave Solutions. Data Cave Solution provides digital transformation and innovation for Tribally owned small businesses. Through Data Cave Solutions and her teaching role, Bobbie empowers young women and men to visualize a brighter future and achieve success as a parent and as a graduate.
