Quilled Valentine Heart Jewelry for ages 16+ will be held at Xenia Community Library on Wed., Feb. 5, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. We’ll quill together red and pink strips of quilling paper to create a Valentine’s Day heart that can be fashioned into a beautiful piece of Valentine’s Day jewelry.
