Greene County Parks & Trails Hosts “Learning the Backwoods-Basic Survival”
GCP&T hosts “Learning the Backwoods-Basic Survival” on Nov. 3
Join Greene County Parks & Trails to learn survival skills of fire building, open fire cooking and building a shelter during “Learning the Backwoods-Basic Survival” from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Narrows Reserve Canoe Launch, 2575 Indian Ripple Rd., Xenia.
The program is for those 18 years and older; participants should dress for the weather and bring a sack lunch.
Cost for the program is $10 and preregistration is required.
