Xenia Community Library - Creating & Publishing a Cherished Family Book for Ages 18+

Creating & Publishing a Cherished Family Book for ages 18+ will be held at Xenia Community Library on Sat., Jun. 2, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Do you ever wish grandma had left stories and photos for you to enjoy? At some point you will want to share your family history research or other projects with family or others. Creating a memorable family book results from careful consideration of your intended audience and what type of book you want to share. In this presentation, Dana Palmer will teach us how to use Microsoft Word to create beautiful and cherished family books. A board certified genealogist (CG), she has extensive knowledge editing digital photographs and has published over 30 books for her genealogical society and clients. This program is co-sponsored by the Greene County Room—Local History & Genealogy and the Greene County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society.
