Xenia Community Library - Sewing 101: Mending for Ages 18+

Sewing 101: Mending for ages 18+ will be held at Xenia Community Library on Wed., Feb. 21, from 6-7:30 p.m. Learn the hand-stitching to mend your clothing, repair missing buttons, and sew those popped seams with Jesy Anderson of Needle, Ink and Thread. We will even have some sewing machines available for you to try out and learn very basic sewing. Being able to perform basic mending will save you time and money. If time permits, we will cover basic hemming as well. Registration required. Call 352-4000.

For a complete schedule of activities, stop by your local library or log on to the library website at www.greenelibrary.info.
