Greene County Parks & Trails Hosts Grasslands Birds & Butterflies Field Trip

Join Greene County Parks & Trails’ for a field trip throughout Greene County to search for grassland birds and butterflies that will leave the Narrows Reserve Nature Center, 2575 Indian Ripple Rd., Beavercreek, at 9 a.m. and return by 3 p.m., Saturday,  June 24.  

Birds such as bobolinks, eastern meadowlarks and many butterfly species will be viewed during the traveling field trip to Twin Towers Park, Huffman Prairie and beyond.

Cost for the program is $25, Greene County resident; $30, non-resident. Preregistration is required before June 16.
