The Air Force Museum Foundation to Host
Annual Legacy Data Plate Wall of Honor Tribute Ceremony
Stories honoring the actions and service of veterans, friends and family members will be celebrated on Thursday, May 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Air Force Museum Foundation’s Legacy Data Plate Wall of Honor Tribute Ceremony.
The ceremony will be held in front of the Legacy Data Plate Wall of Honor near the Visitor Entrance to the Museum of the U.S. Air ForceTM. Each of the over 1,000 aviation-grade stainless steel Legacy Data Plates on the Wall of Honor represents a story that makes up a unique and enduring tribute to someone special.
Keynote speaker Colonel (Ret) Dennis Crouch has contributed multiple plates to the Wall of Honor and will share those stories as well as pay tribute to everyone honored on the Wall. Colonel Crouch, a command pilot and 27-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, flew over 25 aircraft and retired as the Executive Officer for the Commander at the Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC). He has served and continues to serve with many area non-profits.
